Mid Fuse Ribs and Bottom Skins Page 26-2 Step 1:Break apart the F-1066C Reinforcing Angles into F-1066C-L and-R as shown in Figure 1. Step 2: Cleco the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bar, F-1066C-L Reinforcing Angle, F-814PP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor and VENT DL-03 Seat Tube Flange to the F-1016-L Inboard Seat Rib to create the Left Inboard Rib Subassembly as shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: Final-Drill #40 the Nutplate attach holes common to the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bar and F-1016F-L Inboard Seat Rib. Final-Drill 1/4 dia. the bolt hole for the Nutplate in the seat belt attach bar, F-814HPP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor and the inboard seat rib. Final-Drill #40 the Nutplate attach holes and #19 the Nutplate screw holes along the upper edge of the inboard seat rib. Match-Drill #30 the holes called out in Figure 3 into the fwd anchor using the holes in the inboard seat rib and seat belt attach bar as a drill guide. Final-Drill #30 the remaining holes common to the seat belt attach bar, F-1066C-L Reinforcing Angle, fwd seat belt anchor, and the inboard seat rib. Remove the reinforcing angle then final-drill #30 the holes common to the seat belt attach bar, fwd seat belt anchor, and the inboard seat rib. Final-Drill #30 the holes common to the VENT DL-03 Scat Tube Flange and the inboard seat rib. See Figure 2.
Drilling nutplate attach holes to #40
Match-Drill #30 the holes called out in Figure 3 into the fwd anchor using the holes in the inboard seat rib and seat belt attach bar as a drill guide.
Final Drill the Bolt hole to 1/4"
Drill Nut Plate holes on the top edge
Step 4: Repeat step 2 and 3 to create the Right Inboard Seat Rib Subassembly. The right is a mirror image of the left. Step 5: Disassemble both Right and Left Inboard Seat Rib Subassemblies. Deburr the edges and holes in all parts. Dimple the screw holes along the upper edge of the inboard seat ribs for a #8 flush head screw. Dimple all Nutplate attach holes in the F-1016-F-L and-R inboard seat ribs. Machine Countersink the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bars for the dimples in the seat rib coinciding with the holes that will attach the K-1000-4 nut plates. Dimple the attach holes in the K1100-08 and MS21053-L08 nut plates. Flute the bottom flange of the inboard seat ribs as required. Prime parts if/as desired.

Dimple all Nutplate attach holes in the F-1016-F-L and-R inboard seat ribs
Machine Countersink the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bars for the dimples in the seat rib coinciding with the holes that will attach the K-1000-4 nut plates.
The Rib did require a little fluting Step 6: Cleco the K-1000-4 nut plates and F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bars onto the F-1016f-L and-R Inboard Seat Ribs. Rivet the K-1000-4 nut plates in place. Cleco the rest of the parts together except the F-1066C-L Reinforcing Angle per Step 2 to form the Inboard Rib Subassembly.
Riveting K-1000-4 Nutplate Step 7: Mark the holes called out "LEAVE OPEN" in Figure 3 and the holes that attach the F-1066C-L Reinforcing Angle. Rivet the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bar, F-814HPP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor, VENT DL-03 Scat Tube Flange and nut plates to the F-1016F-L Inboard Seat Rib per callouts in Figure 3 (note the rivet orientation callout). Rivet the reinforcing angle to the seat belt attach bar, fwd seat belt anchor and inboard seat rib per the callouts in Figure 3 to finish the Left inboard Seat rib per the callout in Figure 3 to finish the Left Inboard Seat Rib Subassembly. Repeat this step to finish the Right Inboard Rib Subassembly.
Rivet the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bar, F-814HPP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor
Rivet the reinforcing angle to the seat belt attach bar Page 26-3 Step 1: Remove the tabs on the two remaining instances of the F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bars as shown in Figure 1. This will create two F-1016D TRIMMED Seat Belt Attach Bars. Radius the lower edge as shown in Figure 2.
Step 2: Cleco the F-1015D TRIMMED Seat Belt Attach Bar, and the F-814PP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor to the F-1016-L Outboard Rib as shown.
Step 3: Final-Drill #40 the nut plate attach holes in the F-1016D TRIMMED Seat Belt Attach Bar and F-1016-L Outboard Seat Rib.
Final-Drill 1/4" dia. the bolt holes in the F-814HPP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor, seat belt attach bar and F-1016-L Outboard Seat Rib.
Final-Drill #30 the remaining holes common between the seat belt attach bar, outboard seat rib and fwd seat belt anchor. Match-Drill #30 the holes called out in Figure 2 into the fwd seat belt anchor using the holes in the outboard seat rib and seat belt attach bar as drill guides.
Step 4: Cut apart the F-1015EF Spacers into two F-1015E and two F-1015F Spacers. Label each part (the two parts with seven holes in them are the F-1015E Spacers)
Step 5: Cleco the F-1015B-L Seat Rib Intercostal and F-1015E Spacer to the F-1016-L Outboard Seat Rib. Final-Drill #40 the holes common between these three parts. Final-Drill #40 the nut plate attach holes and #19 the screw holes in the inboard flange of the Intercostal. Final-Drill #19 the open screw holes along the upper edge of the outboard seat rib to create the Left Outboard Seat Rib Subassembly.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 2,3 and 5 to create the Right Outboard Seat Rib Subassembly. Step 7: Disassemble both Right and Left Outboard Seat Rib Subassemblies. Deburr the edges and holes of all parts. Place the flush side of the following dimples on the Inbd side of the subassembly. Dimple both Nutplate attach holes in the F-1016-L and-R Outboard Seat Ribs. Machine countersink the F-1016D TRIMMED Seat Belt Attach Bars for the dimples in the outboard seat ribs. Dimple the screw holes in the inboard flange of the seat rib intercostals that correspond to the flush nut plates and screw holes along the upper edge if the out board seat rib for a #8 screw. Dimple the holes common to the outboard seat ribs, F-1015E Spacers and F-1015B-l and-R Seat Rib Intercostals. Dimple the Nutplate attach holes in the inboard flange of the seat rib Intercostal. Dimple the two rivet holes in the lower flange of the outboard seat ribs that are below the lower edge of the seat belt attach bars. (see Figure 3). Flute the bottom flange of both the outboard eat rib subassemblies. Prime all parts if/as desired.
Step 8: Dimple the K-1000-08, K-1100-08 and MS21053-L08 nut plates. Rivet the nut plates to the inboard flange of the F-1015B-L and-R Rib Intercostals per the callouts in Figure 3.
Step 9: Cleco the K1000-4 nut plates and F-1016D Seat Belt Attach Bars onto the F-1016-L and -R Outboard Seat Ribs. Rivet the K1000-4 nut plates in place per the callouts in FIgure 2. Cleco the rest of the parts together oer Step 2 and Step 4 to form the Left and Right Outboard Rib Subassemblies.
Step 10: Rivet the F-1016D TRIMMED Seat Belt Attach Bar, and the F-814HPP Fwd Seat Belt Anchor to the F-1016-L outboard Seat Rib per the callouts in Figure 2. (leave the holes open as called out).
Rivet the F-1015B-L Seat Rib Intercostal and F-1015E Spacer to the F-1016-L Outboard Seat Rib per the callouts in Figure 3 to finish the Left Outboard Seat Rib Subassembly. Repeat this step to finish the Right Outboard Seat Rib Subassembly.
Page 26-4 Step 1: Break apart the F_1066B Flap Motor Angles into F-1066B-L and -R as shown in Figure 1.
Step 2: Final-Drill #12 the bolt holes
Drill #40 Nut plate the Nutplate holes in the F-1066A Flap Actuator Bracket and the two holes in the attach flange of the F-1066B-L Flap Motor Attach Angle.
Cleco the F-1066B-R Flap Motor Attach Angle to the flap actuator bracket as shown in Figure 2 and final-drill #30 the holes common between the two parts. Final-Drill 1/4 each holes in the upright flange of the flap motor attach angles. Disassemble the two parts.
Step 3: Cleco the F-1066A Flap Actuator Bracket to the Left and Right Inboard Seat Rib Subassemblies as shown in Figure 2. Final-Drill #30 the holes common between the Flap Actuator Bracket and the inboard seat rib subassemblies.
Break apart the F-1016G Inboard Seat Rib Spacers into two parts.
Cleco the left and right, inboard and outboard seat rib subassemblies and inboard seat rib spacers to the Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assembly as shown in Figure 2. Final-Drill #30 all the holes common between the seat rib subassemblies and the aft center section bulkhead assembly.
Match-Drill #12 the forward flanges of the upper and lower holes in the forward flanges of the seat rib subassemblies and inboard seat rib spacers using holes in the aft center section bulkhead assembly as drill guides.
Step 4: Disassemble and deburr all parts. {rime if/as desired Step 5: Insert the VA-175 Heat Duct Tee into the VENT DL-03 Scat Tube Flanges on the Inboard Seat Rib Subassemblies as shown in Figure 2.
Rivet the two nut plates to the F-1066A Flap Actuator Bracket as shown in Figure 2.
Cleco the flap actuator bracket to both inboard set rib subassemblies. Cleco the seat rib subassemblies to the Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assembly.
Step 6: Rivet the F-1066A Flap Actuator Bracket to the Left and Right Inboard Seat Rib Subassemblies per the callouts in Figure 2.
Was able to Squeeze the 6 inside rivets
Had to use bucking bar on the outside 6 After the flap actuator bracket is riveted to the inboard seat rib subassemblies then rivet the F-1066B-R Flap Motor Attach Angle to the flap actuator bracket using the hardware called out in Figure 2.
Bolt the seat rib subassemblies to the aft center section bulkhead assembly as shown in Figure2.
Rivet the seat rib subassemblies to the aft center section bulkhead assembly as shown in Figure 2.
Used my curved offset rivet tool to gain access
