Drill holes through the spar tab (it was predrilled) and cleco the R-803 to the spar.

Clamp the R-813 counterbalance skin to the R-803 rib so the holes are centered on the rib flange. Drill and cleco the counterbalance skin to the rib.

I started to get the wood and build the V-Groove cradle to support the rudder during assembly, after searching awhile, found that the  part numbers were marked on the end of the wood, The number 1  & 9 pieces are used for the rudder. Numbers 3,4, & 5 are for the elevators.

Mounted the V-Groove assembly on my jig by screwing a piece of 2X4 on the pieces and clamping them to the jig. Plans show a measurement click here to see PDF enlargement

Primed all of Rudder Spar parts, notice I did the three plate nuts. There is a fine line between attention to detail and obsessive compulsive behavior.
