Step 1-Rivet together the R-10004A &B Bottom, Rib halves using the rivets in figure 1

Step 2- Rivet the nut plates to the R-1005 Horn using the rivets called out in the figure1.

Step 3- Rivet the R-608PP Reinforcement plate to the R-1002 Spar as shown in Figure 2.Rivet the nut plates to the reinforcement plate and spar using the rivets called out in the figure.

Step 4- Repeat step 3 for the R-607PP Reinforcement Plate (as located on page 7-5, Figure 2) using the same rivets and an additional nut plate.

Step 5- Back rivet all the R-1015 Stiffeners to the R-1001 Skins, as shown in figure 2, using the rivets shown on page 7-12, figure 3. Riveting Tape which is very useful for holding rivets in place while back riveting, is available from the Van's Aircraft Accessories Catalog or Avery tools. Note -Buy some it is a lot better than magic tape which tends to get stuck and split on the rivets when pulling off, and can be reused many times.

Rivets went very nicely, the backriveting feels good again after long building layoff. I notice everything feels much better after the 7 building experience and confidence is growing.
