Separate the R-1010 clips
Remove shaded areas from the rudder stiffeners |

Trim to the notch
Cleco the R-1004A and R-1000B and final drill with #30 |

Finish the edges of the rudder horn. Final drill nut plate attachments and counter sink where shown |

Cleco the R-1005 Rudder horn to the R-1000A Bottom rib half. Use C-Clamp as per directions. Match drill six holes in horn with #30. Cleco the four outboard holes of this pattern and remove the Clecos from the front of the horn. |

Rib Clecoed to Spar
Drill six holes thru horn. Cleco 4 outboard holes and remove clecos from the rib. |
