Bend the flange of the 605  rib until it is flat on  the spar, these will be attached later with flush rivets, because the control horn will be over the top of them and the holes drilled and it riveted.

 Trim Tab Parts

Christmas Eve and all is well except the cat is sick and went to the hospital about 10:30 this morning, about $700.00 it looks like, he always picks holidays to get sick. He seems to be recovering as they just called and said they can't handle him and he pulled his IV out, so Jody went down and of course he was just as nice as can be. Sydney one of other cats is enjoying a game of chess on the living room table, check it out click here. All is peaceful and well this night and I am glad to be here able to enjoy building the RV and once again be excited about airplanes like I was many magical years ago. Watch Jean Shephard's "Christmas Story" if you get a chance, it usually plays a bunch of times at this time of the year. Finally got the skeleton primed and riveted and getting ready to put it in the jig for final drilling. It seems like this part has gone slow. I have spent quite a bit of time with the pneumatic squeezer and learning to use the adjustable set holder. It takes a while to figure out how to use it and I think it will be worth the extra money when I finally master it.

Put the skeleton back in skin in preparation for final drilling.  Side grip Clecoed the E-605 rib to the skin and the E-613PP counterweight skin to the tip rib. Put some clecos in the trim tab skin and spar to see how they fit and put the control horn up to see where it will go, have not drilled anything yet, just checking.
