Finally got moved into new hanger and am able to start work again. Found I need to pull the ribs out and carefully flute them to get them so they fit properly and check flanges again for 90 degree bend. It is important that ribs fits without forcing them in place.

Using the Cleveland Hand Squeezer held in the vise with some rubber holders makes a great way to dimple. I frees you from holding it and makes sliding the part along with one hand and squeezing with the other an easy job.
