I have started a new page and gone ahead and previewed the steps I will be doing next, and supply the pictures as I accomplish them. I find reading the steps a couple of times and then writing them before I start working on them helps understand the procedure a little better.

Remove the vinyl from the inside of the tank skin and cleco the skin to the ribs, baffle and spar

Remove the clecoed tank assembly from the wing, and drill all river holes to final size (Doing so off the wing prevents accidentally drilling into the spar).

Disassemble the tank, marking all parts so they may be easily returned to the same location

Fabricate the T-406. You need to look at the next drawing because it says on side contour needs to fit the rib tip , so the left and right one will be different. I drew a template from another builders part and it worked very well. I am going to try to figure out a way to put a template you can download and print it out , cut it out and use it.
