December 7, 2001 On re assembling the Rudder spar and skin to drill, I realized I had missed a step drilling part of the R-405PD, You need to really look at the plan detail of things like this. See PDF enlargement

December 7, 2001 Drill (2) 3/16" holes in top and
(2) 1/8" holes in bottom of the R-405PD. The distance between hole
centers is 7"

December 8, 2001 Saturday Morning, Jeff Budge is tutoring me in some computer programming so I had him drill some holes on the rudder to show him a little RV building.

December 8, 2001 Decided a clip board with some notes hanging by my jig would be handy to refer to, so I made some notes on the rivets required to rivet the R410PP, R-405 together. Click here to see PDF enlargement
