December 9, 2001 When I ordered the tools from Avery in the RV Kit it included these vise grips with a dimple die welded on and they are proving to be very valuable to dimple in tight places like the last hole on the trailing edge.

December 9, 2001 The instructions say place a finger tip size daub of RTV compound I used Permatex UltraBlue, p/n77B) spread the RTV so that it adheres to the ends of the opposing stiffeners and, when cured, joins them, making them act like a small rib.

December 9, 2001 Rolling the leading edge. I bought some black pipe and a pipe clamp, taped the pipe to the skin and rolled it up. The picture is a little blurry but you can get the idea. Don't bend it to much and you will have to work it with your hands to get it to line up.
