Tru-Track Auto Pilots Roll Servo Installation and Wiring
Back to directory

This had me a bit confused as I started and first and foremost I want to thank Tim Olsen for the time he spent writing and supplying pictures on his website. I would agree with him that Tru-Track could improve on there instructions and also supply some of the mounting hardware. If you are using the Tru-Track check his site at http://www.myrv10.com/N104CD/wing/20041231/ for some excellent information.

I put things where they go. The Gold bracket that the arrow is pointing to is the new bracket supplied by Tru-Track, remove the existing bottom Van's supplied bracket and replace it with the new one.

This is how the servo is mounting. It has two new brackets the one that replace the Van's bottom bracket and a support bracket that mounts by undoing the one bolt on the Van's top bracket and putting it thru the same hole.

Drill a hole for a AN3 bolt which will attach the servo motor arm to the bell crank
